The appartments are private and run directly by the owners' family. The final price is agreed individually depending on the time of the year (high season, mid-season, low season), duration of the stay and number of guests (adults, children) in the appartment.
Tourist tax and pier:
The City of Kolobrzeg has decided to make the public toilets and the pier available to guests free of charge, charging a tourist tax of -£5.40 (~€1.10) per person.
A receipt for this entitles you to use the water pier at no additional cost.
Conditions and Payments:
Our appartments are strictly non-smoking, except the balcony where smoking is allowed.
Pets are not allowed in the appartments.
Bed linen and towels are provided. We recommend to bring large bath towels yourself, or buy a local one as a souvenir.
Parking space is available in the back yard free of charge.
In July and August, the minimum duration of stay is 5 nights.
Check In: from 2:00 PM (14:00)
Check Out: until 10:00 AM (10:00)
Cleaning: there is no cleaning service during the rental time.
Final cleaning is 80 PLN (~20 Euro)
A reservation fee in the amount of 20% of total rental price is due within 5 days from confirmed reservation request.
The fee can only be paid by bank transfer in PLN or Euro.
The remaining 80% of total rental price is due by bank transfer 7 days befor the beginning of the stay, or as cash payment upon the arrival.
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days prior to the 1st night of stay. In this case, the reservation fee will be returned by bank transfer within 7 days. In case of later cancelations and no show-ups, the reservation fee will not be returned.
Our guests agree to treat the appartment and it's equipment with proper care to avoid damage and excessive dirt. A security/damage deposit of 800 PLN/200 Euro will be collected upon arrival and is fully refundable upon departure, provided there are no claims.
Only checked-in persons are allowed to stay in the appartment (exception: short visits of friends and family during daytime).
